1. Purpose of Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and responsibilities of the membership, recognizing the Member’s commitment to the teachings, practices, and principles of the Bridging Duality Spiritual Healing Center (BDSHC) and the shared goals of personal growth, spiritual development, and support within the community.
2. Bridging Duality Spiritual Healing Center Principles
Love: We believe that humans are the essence of love and should be shown and treated with love. Love has no color, creed, race or beliefs. Love is limitless, healing and expansive. Love opens you to all possibilities and perspectives. Love unites. Therefore, at Bridging Duality Spiritual Healing Center, all that enter our doors will be shown and treated with unconditional love.
Connection: We believe in a Divine source in which we are all connected. Therefore, at Bridging Duality Spiritual Healing Center, because of our interconnectedness through the divine, we treat others and self with love, respect, and compassion.
Heal: We believe as we begin to heal ourselves, which also heals others, it opens us up to deeper love and connection with God, self and others. Therefore, at Bridging Duality Spiritual Healing Center, we honor everyone’s unique healing process as we endeavor to help and guide you along in your healing journey.
Uplift: We believe that as we uplift others through service, love, connection and healing it will also uplift the greater consciousness. Therefore, we at Bridging Duality Spiritual Healing Center, will set the example by providing opportunities to serve, love, connect and heal.
Transform: We believe that as we strive to embody love, connection, healing, and uplifting others, we will be transformed spiritually. Therefore we at Bridging Duality Spiritual Healing Center commit to helping others along their journey of transformation to becoming the highest and best version of themselves.
3. Spiritual Practices and CommitmentsAs a member of BDSHC, you agree to:
Cultivate personal spiritual practices in alignment with Love and Light.
Contribute to the spiritual well-being of the community by being respectful, compassionate, and kind toward other members.
Members are to uphold BDSHC principles of Love, Connection, Heal, Uplift and Transform to the best of their abilities.
Members are to honor self and others' healing processes by showing self and others love, respect, compassion and commit to helping uplift and serve others.
You understand that attendance and participation in community events is encouraged to foster personal and collective growth, but not mandatory. 4. Membership Donations
To support the community, members are encouraged to contribute time and service as well as monetary donations.

https://www.bridging-duality.com/Donate Use of Funds: Funds will be used to support community activities, programs, building upkeep, and other needs of the BDSHC.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared within the community. Discussions in groups or gatherings should remain private unless otherwise agreed.
The community respects the privacy of all members and will take necessary measures to protect personal information.
Members are not to repost other people's content on other forms of social media and websites and information, graphics, or videos shared within BDSHC online community.
Members are to keep confidential information learned about other members inside BDSHC online community.
6. Code of Conduct
As a member, you agree to:
Treat all members, staff, and guests with respect, kindness, and dignity.
Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Honor the spiritual teachings of the community and refrain from promoting conflicting philosophies or practices.
Respect the space and property of the community.
Violence in any form will not be tolerated.
No smoking at any activities or in and around any BDSHC buildings.
Violations of the code of conduct may result in a review by community leaders and potential suspension or termination of membership.
7. Term and Termination of Membership
This Agreement is effective upon joining the BDSHC community and will remain in force until the member chooses to discontinue their membership or the management committee terminates the agreement for any reason.
Termination by Member: A member may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to the BDSHC at

Termination by Management Committee: The management committee may terminate a member’s participation if their actions are found to be harmful to the community or in violation of the terms of this Agreement.
8. Liability Waiver
The Member acknowledges that participation in BDSHC activities, events, and programs carries inherent risks. The community is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation. Members agree to assume full responsibility for their involvement. Any legal disputes are to be handled under Texas state law.
9. Amendments
The BDSHC community reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes and have the option to accept or decline the new terms.
10. Acknowledgement and Acceptance
By joining the BDSHC community, the Member acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms outlined above, and agree to abide by them as a condition of their membership with Bridging Duality Spiritual Healing Center (BDSHC).
